A new curriculum has arrived in Wales

What does this mean for my child?

 The new curriculum will have more emphasis for equipping young people for life. It will build their ability to learn new skills and apply their knowledge more positively and creatively.

Teachers will have the freedom to teach in ways that they feel will have the best outcomes for their learners. 

Pupils will become more involved in the planning process, making suggestions for possible activities  and letting teachers know what they want to learn
