Welcome to Dosbarth Berwyn!
Teacher: Miss Leech
In our class we learn through a topic/project approach. Which means that we cover the 6 Areas of Learning through a theme. The 6 Areas of Learning are:
- Language, Literacy and Communication
- Maths & Numeracy
- Science and Technology
- Humanities
- Creativity
- Health and Wellbeing
Our PE days are TUESDAY and THURSDAY.
Please come dressed for PE wearing: a white t-shirt, shorts/joggers, trainers, and a red jumper/hoodie/cardigan. When we have swimming, we change our Thursday PE day for a Wednesday.
Please practise reading at home every evening. Reading little and often will really help improve your accuracy, fluency and understanding. Bring your school reading book and record to school every day please!
Bring with you a healthy snack every day, and a water bottle to keep hydrated throughout the day.
Seesaw will be used to share some work with parents, or keep you up to date with events in school (alongside emails from school).
